Part time position – Deputy Clerk / Administrative Assistant

The position is 1,560 hours per year and may occasionally vary from the regular hours of six hours per day, Monday-Friday, first shift. Salary is based on qualifications.

Duties include elections, licensing and permits, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties. Importance will be placed on ability to communicate effectively with the public and peers. Experience with MS Office products is required. Previous clerk training or experience desired. Salary range for this position is based upon qualifications. Limited pro-rated benefits are available.
