Town of Menasha Municipal Court offers the option to pay fines and forfeitures by Credit or Debit Card online or by phone through Government Payment Services.
Please have the citation available when making a payment. You will need the following information.
- Pay Location Code: 5896
- Name of individual who received the citation
- Date of birth of individual who received the citation
- Citation number
- Amount owed
- A valid MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express card

Please Note: Government Payment Services is an independent company that charges a fee for their services. The court receives no part of that fee.
A fee of 4.75% for service ($5.00 minimum) will be added to the amount of the fine due if paid by phone.
A fee of 3.5% for service ($3.50 minimum) will be added to the amount of the fine if paid online.
