DANCE COMPETITION TEAM TRY-OUTS

 

Mark your calendars!  Auditions for the Town of Menasha Competition Dance Teams are scheduled!  A competition team is a group of dancers willing to be challenged and pushed at a higher level than a basic class.  Practices are harder and longer with strong emphasis on technique and showmanship.  Practices are also held on Saturdays throughout the season.  In addition to performing in the spring recital, teams will participate in competitions during the 2013/2014 dance year.  Competitions are at an extra cost to the dancer.

 

A short routine will be learned at a workshop and then auditioned the next day in front of a smaller group of judges, including Miss Carla.  The dates and times are as follows:

 

Saturday, August 10 – Workshop:  Times TBD

Sunday, August 11 – Workshop:  Times TBD
