Dale Youngquist

President

In April 2011, Youngquist was elected Town Chairman. He served as a Town Supervisor when appointed in 2006 and then elected in 2007. He also represents the town on the Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission and Personnel Committee.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Youngquist is a Certified Public Accountant and member of WICPA and AICPA with an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.

PERSONAL

A resident of the town since 1978, Youngquist and his wife Judy have two adult children and three grandchildren.  Youngquist’s community involvement over the years has been extensive.  He is currently an active member of the Neenah Rotary Club, where he has served as president and as a board member, a member of the Quarry Quest Steering Committee, and an active member of St. Gabriel Parish.  In prior years he has served on the boards of the Fox Cities Children’s Museum, Red Cross (Outagamie Chapter), Reach Counseling, St. Mary Central Foundation, and as a member of the Neenah Noon Optimists, Neenah Breakfast Optimists, Neenah Knights of Columbus and the Jaycees.

Youngquist has coached youth football and soccer and to this day remains an avid sports fan, enjoying all sports but particularly football, baseball, and golf.

Michael Van Dyke

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Van Dyke has been employed at Kimberly-Clark for 24 years in a variety of Engineering and Operations roles including a Global/International role.  Currently, he is a Program Leader for the Corporate Research and Engineering department leading their lean transition efforts.  Since arriving in the Town of Menasha, Van Dyke has been an active resident. For the last 12 years, he has served on the Town of Menasha’s Planning Commission, serving as chair for a brief time. In addition, Van Dyke joined the Sustainability Committee in 2008, where he has been serving as the Committee Chairperson since 2011.   Today, Van Dyke has been personally active in the coordination of the Semi-Annual Electronic Recycling, establishing the Garden Plots and Farmers’ Markets.

PERSONAL

Van Dyke and his wife Lisa have three daughters.  They all have enjoyed living in the Town of Menasha since 1999. It is the perfect location having a mix of urban amenities with a rural feel. Van Dyke has been a coach for his daughters in soccer, basketball and Lego League.  As Badger alumni, both he and Lisa are delighted that all three of their daughters are attending UW-Madison.  As an active member of St. Gabriel’s Parish, Van Dyke has served on the Maintenance Committee.  He currently enjoys assisting with Bingo at the Lenten Fish Fries and the Annual Round Up. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.  In his spare time, Van Dyke enjoys spending time with his family and their dog Bella.

Gregory Ziegler

Trustee 3

Ziegler was elected in April of 2008 to the Supervisor 3 position.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

He is a managing member of Ziegler Investment & Insurance Services, LLC, and also a charter member of the Fox Cities Morning Rotary Club, president of Estate Planning Specialists, LLC, and Certified Estate Planner and Paralegal with Attorney Kevin Davidson. Ziegler has been awarded Outstanding Producer Achievement award, Agent of the Year award, and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He is also the owner of Excalibur Photography.

PERSONAL

A resident of the town since 1977, Ziegler is the organizer and member of the Valley Vettes Car Club and enjoys drag racing and road racing automobiles on tracks in five states. He is also a Boy Scout leader, Knights of Columbus Honor Guard member, church usher, and church decorations committee member. On weekends when he isn’t racing, he does wedding photography for his business Excalibur Photography.

Mark Englebert

Trustee 4

Mr. Englebert was elected in June 2016 to Village Trustee Seat 4.

PROFESSION /VOCATION

Mark Englebert spent over 25 years serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, and retired as a Captain.  Major milestones included command of the USS Vincennes (CG-49), an AEGIS cruiser stationed in Yokosuka, Japan, and six overseas deployments including two in the Middle East.   He also participated in major operations in Africa, South America and the Korean Peninsula.   Additionally, he was assigned to the Pentagon for three years working on Navy programs and budgets.  Mr. Englebert had been a member of the Town of Menasha Planning Commission for the past four years, and was a key player in developing new zoning guidelines for residents.

PERSONAL

A resident of the Town of Menasha/Village of Fox Crossing for the past five years, Mr. Englebert grew up in Menasha and attended UW-Madison, graduating with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  He also has a Masters Degree from the U.S. Naval War College.  He is an active member of the Menasha VFW Post 2126, and is annually involved in fund raising activities used to assist Veterans in need in the local area.  For the past two years, he has volunteered weekly at the St. Joseph’s Food Pantry, driving a truck to pick up food donations for the organization.   In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, bowling, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family.

Dale McNamee

Trustee 5

Mr. McNamee was elected in April of 2015 to the Supervisor #4 seat. He previously served the Town when he was appointed to serve the remainder of the term of Supervisor #3 Jerry Jurgensen from August 2007 to April 2008.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

McNamee has been employed by Graphic Packaging International since 2011. He has held multiple roles including Production Supervisor and Training Supervisor. Currently he is the Quality Supervisor and Lean Leader for Graphic Packaging’s Menasha Plant.

PERSONAL

A resident of the Town of Menasha for 14 years, McNamee and his wife Lori feel fortunate to have been able to raise their two daughters in a great community. McNamee was born is Michigan’s Upper Peninsula where he attended Escanaba Area High School before enlisting in the Army in 1979. After being discharged in 1982, he attended Northern Michigan University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Education as well as a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. He taught school for one year in Menominee, Michigan before reentering the military as a full time Wisconsin Army National Guardsmen in 1989. He held several leadership and staff positions before retiring as a Major in 2007. McNamee served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and is a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans. McNamee has been active in the community serving on the Sustainability Committee since 2009 and volunteering with several community service organizations. He is a member of New Hope Church. In his free time, McNamee enjoys hunting and spending time with his family at their family cottage in the north woods.

Bob Masiak

Trustee 6

Bob Masiak was elected in June 2016. He serves as Village Trustee, seat 6.

PROFESSION / VOCATION

Graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Political Science & History.  Began his professional career in sales with the State’s largest beverage wholesaler and advanced within the Company to the management level positions of General Manager and Vice President. He continued his career as a manager with the Bergstrom Corporation until retiring in 2013.

PERSONAL

He and wife Lori have been residents of the Village since 1986 and raised five children with one new grandchild.  Mr. Masiak feels privileged to be involved in a number of Youth Athletic programs as a Coach and a Board member, which include Neenah Girls Basketball, Paper Valley Soccer, Suburban Athletics, and as a founding member of Fox Valley Pop Warner Football.  His family has participated for over 14 years with “Project Self-Help”, an organization committed to bridging racial and economic gaps in our society by having children from Mississippi connect and bond with families in Northeastern Wisconsin. Also, has been a past member of the Oshkosh Jaycees, Noon Rotary and Volunteer for Meals on Wheels program.

Today, Mr. Masiak continues to be an active member of St Gabriel’s parish, while participating in the Caregiver program. He enjoys a lifelong passion for landscaping and the game of golf.
