Thank you for contacting the fire department to schedule a tour. Groups or individuals wishing to visit a fire station for a tour can either call the department or submit the online request form located below. Please read the following information before making your request. There is no guarantee the times you select will be available; however, the earlier you submit your request the more likely we will be able to fulfill it.

Events may occur that will force a delay to the start of a tour or a cancellation altogether. These events include, but are not limited to, emergency fire or medical response or impending severe weather. If any of these events occur and if they interfere with your scheduled visit, we will take the necessary steps to reschedule your group with the highest of priority. The average duration of a station tour is 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours. However, depending on your schedule we will adjust the times accordingly.

You should receive a confirmatory telephone call or email within three business days of sending this form. If after three business days you have not received a response, please feel free to contact the fire department at (920) 720-7125 during regular business hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
