How do I register an account for online credit card payment or viewing my account history? Please click on the above link for "New User Setup”. You will need your most recent utility bill and a valid email address to register. Your account number is your utility bill account number and you will create your pin during registration. Your pin must be from 3 to 10 characters and you are able to use letters, numbers, or a combination of letters and numbers. Pins are case sensitive.

Can I call or come into the Town of Menasha Utility District offices with my credit card number to pay my bill? No, the payments by credit card are only available online.

Is my payment secure? Yes, your payment is secured with “VeriSign”. All credit card information is encrypted and can’t be seen by anyone, including Town of Menasha employees. Only the last 4 digits of the credit card number will be displayed.

Will the system retain my credit/debit card information for future online payments? Yes, if you save this information in your billfold; however the CVV2 code that is requested at the time of payment, which is the three digit number found on the back of your credit card will not be retained in the system. Therefore, whenever you use this system, you will need to have your credit card available whenever you are making an online payment.

When will my payment be credited to my account? Your payment will be recorded as soon as it is made. Utility Online Services does not have the ability to schedule payments on future dates. Payments made after 4:30 PM on the due date will be considered late and penalties will be assessed.

What if I forget my pin? There will be online instructions for you to follow if you forget your pin.

Will I still get my paper bill? Yes, you will still get your paper bill and you can pay it any way that you wish. This is not an auto-pay option. If you prefer an auto-pay from your bank account please fill out the automatic payment plan form and return it to the Utility office.

Will I be able to prepay on my account if I plan to be out of town for awhile? Yes, this option allows you to pay whatever amount you choose to pay. There will be a prompt if you pay more or less what is currently due, simply as a caution that perhaps you entered it incorrectly.

What if I don’t have a computer? If you do not have a computer, you will not be able to use this service.

What if I don’t have a credit or a debit card? If you do not have a credit or debit card this service will not work for you.

What if I move to a different location in the Town of Menasha? If you move within the utility district, you should re-register because your account number would change.

Can I register at the Municipal Complex or by phone? No, you must register online, and you must have a valid email address.

What if I incur problems? Call the Town of Menasha Finance Department at 920-720-7106, Monday – Friday (8:00 – 4:30), and we will try and determine why you are having a problem.
