SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER: Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 4:30 p.m.

PRESENT: Arden Tews, Town Chair Barbara Hanson, Supervisor #1

Robert Sprague, Supervisor #2 Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk

Russ Handevidt, Supervisor #4 Keith Kiesow, Fire Chief

Greg Curtis, Town Attorney Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3

George Dearborn, Com. Dev.Dir./Interim Admin.

ALSO PRESENT: Al Bellmer Pam Bourque Doug Hahn Paul Holinbeck Kathy Holinbeck

II. 020528-1SP: Approval of Specific Finding of Facts as Ordered by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Relation to the Denial of the Conditional Use Permit for MEE/Bellevue, LLC Project

Supv. Handevidt requested an accounting as to how much this issue has cost the town taxpayers thus far.

MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Handevidt to adopt to approve the resolution as submitted. Motion carried on a 4-1 vote with Supvs. Hanson, Sprague and Jurgensen and Chairman Tews voting AYE, and Supv. Handevidt voting NAY.

III. 020528-2SP: Authorization to Approve Lodging in Green Bay for the First Year Clerk’s Institute and First Year Treasurer’s Institute

MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Jurgensen to adopt to approve the resolution as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

IV. 020528-3SP: Approval of Class “B” Picnic Licenses for Youth Sports Events

MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Jurgensen to adopt to approve the resolution as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

V. Motion To Adjourn

At 4:38 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
