MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:00 p.m. Administrator DeGrave noted the roll as follows:

Arden Tews, Town Chair Barbara Barczak, Supervisor #1 – Exc. @ 5:30

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 Russ Handevidt, Supervisor #4

Patrick DeGrave, Administrator George Dearborn, Comm. Dev. Dir.

Joan Burrill, Adm. Assistant Rod McCants, Deputy Police Chief

EXCUSED: Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk ABSENT: Robert Sprague, Supervisor #2

OTHERS PRESENT: Jodi Hesselman

II. DISCUSSION

a) Health and Dental Insurance Options for 2002

The Board heard information relating to the application to the Employee Trust Fund (State Plan) for employee health insurance. Discussion ensued.

III. NEW BUSINESS

a) 010927-1 Request for Inclusion Under the Wisconsin Public Employers’ Group Health Plan

MOTION: Motion Supv. Jurgensen, second Chairman Tews to adopt to approve as submitted. Motion carried with Supv. Handevidt voting NAY.

V. ADJOURN

At 6:00 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Jurgensen, second Supv. Handevidt to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
