1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE audience

President Tews called the Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:01 p.m.

Elected Officials Present: Arden Tews, Pres. Jay Schroeder, Comm. #1 Scott Sauer, Comm. #2

Jerry Jurgensen, Comm. #3 Russ Handevidt, Comm. #4 Jeanne Krueger, Secretary

Others Present: James Archambo, Admin. George Dearborn, Com. Dev. Dir. Jeff Roth, Water Supt.

MOTION: Handevidt/Sauer to adopt to approve the expenditures as submitted with the exception of (none). Motion carried.

b) 041122-2:UD Final Change Order For Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Extensions on Casaloma/Bodoh/Prospect Avenue Project

MOTION: Handevidt/Jurgensen to adopt to approve as submitted. Motion carried.
