MINUTES

 

Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Community Center, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton, Neenah & Menasha Public Libraries, town website at town-menasha.com & sent to the Post-Crescent.

 

1.   CALL TO ORDER

President Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 6:45 p.m.

2.       NEW BUSINESS

a.       041109-1:UD:SP Adopt the 2005 Utility District Budget

MOTION: Jurgensen/Sauer to adopt to approve as submitted.  On roll call, motion carried 4-1 with Commissioners Sauer, Jurgensen, Handevidt & Pres. Tews voting AYE, and Comm. Schroeder voting NAY. 

 
3.       ADJOURNMENT

MOTION: Handevidt/Jurgensen to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Utility District of Commissioners at 6:46 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
