Minutes

 

1.      CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

         President Tews called the Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

 

Elected Officials Present:     Arden Tews, Pres.     Jay Schroeder, Comm. #1     Scott Sauer, Comm. #2      

Jerry Jurgensen, Comm. #3      Russ Handevidt, Comm. #4      Jeanne Krueger, Secretary

MOTION: Handevidt/Jurgensen to adopt to approve the expenditures as submitted with the exception of (none).  Motion carried.

 

b)      040809-2:UD Acceptance of Utilities – Meadow Heights

MOTION: Handevidt/Sauer to adopt to approve as submitted.  Motion carried.

a)      Regular Utility Commission Meeting – July 26, 2004

MOTION: Handevidt/Sauer to approve the minutes as submitted.  Motion carried.

         a)      Wastewater Superintendent Laabs
         Update on Sewer Backups:  Supt. Laabs stated residents on Woodlawn Lane reported sewage backups
         in their basements due to a lift station failure.  Wastewater personnel discovered the SCADA system
         had been incorrectly wired.  He further stated McMahon’s invoices for this project and the Manitowoc
         Rd. lift station failure is being withheld until a settlement can be reached.
