1.     CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

         President Tews called the Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:00 p.m.

a)    040209-1:UD  Appoint Commissioner to Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission

MOTION: Hanson/Sauer to adopt to approve as submitted.  Motion carried with Comm. Handevidt abstaining.

 

b)    040209-2:UD  Expenditures

MOTION: Handevidt/Jurgensen to adopt to approve the expenditures as submitted with the exception of (none). 

Motion carried.

 

c)    040209-3:UD  Acceptance of Alaskan Acres Subdivision Water and Sewer Main Extensions

MOTION: Handevidt/Jurgensen to adopt to approve as submitted. Motion carried.

a)    Regular Utility Commission Meeting – January 26, 2004

MOTION: Handevidt/Sauer to approve the minutes as submitted.  Motion carried.

MOTION: Handevidt/Hanson to accept the correspondence for filing as submitted.  Motion carried.

c)    Water Supt. Jeff Roth: Update on well #5 and water main breaks

 

d)    Wastewater Supt. Steve Laabs: Update on the installation of back flow preventer valves

Comm. Handevidt: Commented on the letter regarding the agreement pending with the Waverly Sanitary District

        Dev. George Dearborn:  Stated a drywall firm along with other businesses are very interested in utility privileges.
