1. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chairman Arden Tews called the Special Town Meeting to order at 6:43 p.m.

2. APPROVE THE 2005 HIGHWAY EXPENDITURES PER STATUTE 82.03

MOTION: Jeanne Krueger/James Archambo to adopt to approve as submitted. Motion carried on a hand count of 17-0.

3. ADJOURNMENT

At 6:44 p.m., MOTION: James Archambo/Randy Gallow to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
