I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Clerk Jeanne Krueger called the 2004 Board of Review Meeting to order at 5:51 p.m. and noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT: Arden Tews, Town Chairman Jay Schroeder, Supv. #1 Scott Sauer, Supv. #2 Jerry Jurgensen, Supv. #3 Russ Handevidt, Supv. #4 Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk Richard Eiberger, Assessor George Dearborn, Dir. Com. Dev. Myra Piergrossi, Finance Dir.

James Archambo, Administrator

II. ELECT CHAIRPERSON FOR THE BOARD OF REVIEW

MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Jurgensen to elect Arden Tews as Chairperson for the 2004 Board of Review. Motion carried unanimously.

Clerk Krueger handed the gavel to Arden Tews, Board of Review Chairperson

III. REQUEST ROLL BOOK FROM ASSESSOR

Town Assessor Richard Eiberger stated the Town’s Roll Book was not completed at this time.

IV. ADJOURN UNTIL SUCH TIME THE ROLL BOOK BECOMES AVAILABLE

At 5:56 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the 2004 Board of Review Meeting as to such a time that the Assessor receives the Roll Book from Winnebago County.
