1. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing to order at 4:30 p.m.

2. OPEN DISCUSSION

Eng. Lee Reibold explained the scope of the project along with costs.

Questions were asked by the attendees and answered by town staff and the town engineer. Att’y. Richard Carlson, representing Bachman Enterprises, questioned Lot 14 and felt more credit was due.

Assessor Eiberger handed out a survey of the sewer and water project (see attached). Board members feel these improvements will benefit the property owners throughout the entire area, not just the Town of Menasha.

3. CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING

At 5:41 p.m., being no further questions or comments, Chairman Tews closed the Public Hearing.
