1.     TOWN CHAIRMAN TO CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing to order at 5:31 p.m.  

 

Elected Members Present:   Arden Tews, Town Chair    Barbara Hanson, Supv. #1    Scott Sauer, Supv. #2

Jerry Jurgensen, Supv. #3    Russ Handevidt, Supv. #4    Jeanne Krueger, Clerk

 

Others Present:  James Archambo, Admin.   George Dearborn, Com. Dev. Dir.  John Davel/Davel Eng.  

Diana Kanter, Assoc. Planner      Max Ogden, Ogden Dev.     Bob Pheifer, V-2 Properties, LLC

 

2.     OPEN DISCUSSION – AMENDMENT OF THE 2003 TOWN OF MENASHA COMPREHENSIVE FUTURE LAND USE MAP  

         Dir. George Dearborn and Max Ogden of Ogden Plumbing, Inc. gave an overview of the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Map amendment and explained the rationale of the proposed amendment to the town board members.

                                                                                        

3.     TOWN CHAIRMAN TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING 

         Being no further questions or comments, Chairman Tews closed the Public Hearing at 5:45 p.m...
