PARK COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES                                           MAY  26, 2004

Park Commissioners Present: Judy Holtz, John Zaborsky and Clarence Peterson. 

 

Excused: Recreation Supervisor Becky Thone and Commissioners Glen Allen, Herb Horn and Commissioner’s Richard Gawinski, and Roy Kuehn went home ill.

The Commission had scheduled a park tour to begin at 6:00 p.m. after the regular business meeting.  Since a quorum of Park Commissioners was not met, official business was not conducted. 

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND EXPENDITURES

Could not be approved, because the lack of quorum.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS

The park tour that was scheduled commenced at Palisades Park with the remaining Park Commission members.

 

 

MOTION FOR ADJOURNMENT

There was no motion because the lack of quorum.
