b) Engineer Brad Werner: Lift Station #2 (Frances/Lake
Shore Dr.) update with a completion date goal set for the end of this month.
c) Water Supt. Jeff Roth: water main breaks report.
d) Wastewater Supt. Steve Laabs: lateral camera training update.
e) Commissioners
Comm. Hanson: stated she liked the report completed by Fin.
Dir. Piergrossi regarding delinquent water bills.
Comm. Handevidt: stated all utility work is
complete on the American Dr. project
f) Comm. President Arden Tews: stated Wastewtr. Supt. Laabs’
report to Grand Chute/Menasha West Sewerage Commission was very informative.
g) Other Town Officials
Finance Director Piergrossi: update on Prospera
Credit Union’s utility payments problem.
The board agreed with Dir. Piergrossi regarding the late payments due to
the credit union’s schedule of payment to the town and the HTE software not
being compatible with their schedule. Beginning
immediately credit union payments will no longer be accepted. A stuffer will be included with the next utility
bill informing customers, along with a notice in the town’s newsletter, The Bridge.
Account Manager Pagel: update on Delinquent Utility
Bills.
Comm. Dev. Dir. Dearborn: reported that there has been
interest shown in the property on CTH BB.
