1.   CALL TO ORDER

President Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 7:25 p.m.

2.       NEW BUSINESS

A.       031112-1:UD SP -  Adopt Year 2004 Utility District Budget

MOTION: Comm. Sauer/Comm. Handevidt to adopt to approve as submitted.  On roll call, all commissions voted AYE.  Motion carried unanimously.

 
3.         ADJOURNMENT

MOTION: Comm. Handevidt/Comm. Hanson to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Utility District of Commissioners at 7:26 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
