MINUTES

1) CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

President Tews called the Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:00 p.m.

MOTION: Handevidt/Sprague to adopt to approve the expenditures as submitted. Motion carried.

MOTION: Handevidt/Hanson to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried.

a) Water Main Break Report – February 2003

MOTION: Sprague/Handevidt to accept the correspondence for filing as submitted. Motion carried.

10) REPORTS

a) Town Administrator James Archambo

b) Engineer Brad Werner: stated the majority of sewer and water lines will be moved to the east side of American Dr. due to phone lines being unidentifiable on the west side.

c) Water Supt. Jeff Roth: stated the town’s water utilization has increased by approx. 12 million gallons compared to last year at this time; update on the sewer/water extension on Drum Corp. Drive.

d) Wastewater Supt. Steve Laabs: reported high peaks in the B.O.D.s and suspended solids (see attached report). He requested the Police Dept. to keep an eye on the area around 9^th Street.

Dir. of Comm. Dev. George Dearborn: still working on the agreement with the t/Clayton water/sewer agreement.
