1) CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

President Tews called the Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:00 p.m.

MOTION: Handevidt/Hanson to accept the correspondence for filing as submitted. Motion carried.

10) REPORTS

a) Town Administrator James Archambo updated the town board members on the illness and condition of Water Superintendent Jeff Roth who has been on medical leave for approximately two months; C/Neenah and C/Menasha are studying a water facility plan.

c) Water Supt. Jeff Roth - absent

d) Wastewater Supt. Steve Laabs stated Winnebago County emergency government grants are possible for sewer and water projects. The county will be reporting back to Supt. Laabs in regard to these grants approximately March 1^st.
