Municipal Judge, Len Kachinsky presented an award to
the Town Board of Menasha for being a Patriotic Employer. (Pls. See Attached)
b) Recognition
for Assisting at the Lao-Hmong Festival
A plaque was presented to the Town
Resident Paul Dahms, owner of Saturday at the Movies video
store in
Resident Harold Delrow, complained of water problems
occurring behind his house on 1431 Manitowoc Rd. St. Supt. Randy Gallow, Supv. Barb Hanson
and Admin. Archambo have been trying to convince C/Menasha to resolve and
improve this situation. The city has
cleaned out one drainage ditch however, Supt. Gallow stated another needs to be
cleaned out. He is trying to work with
the city in a joint effort to resolve these problems. Chairman Tews asked for a report back to the
town board on October 13.

a) Town Administrator James Archambo 1) notified
the town board of an upcoming Urban Town’s Committee Workshop on Sat., Sept. 13
and encouraged at least one board member to attend; 2) due to the WTA
convention, the town board meetings in October need to be moved to October 13 & 27.
He will prepare a resolution for the Sept. 23 for board approval. 3) handed out new Budget Schedules for the
upcoming Budget Hearings. (Pls. See Attached)
