I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:23 p.m.

II. NEW BUSINESS

A. 031112-2 SP Adopt Year 2004 Town Budget

MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Sauer to adopt to approve as submitted. On roll call, all town board members voted AYE 5-0. Motion carried.

B. 031112-3 SP Set Year 2003 Tax Levy to be Paid in 2004

MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Hanson to adopt to approve as submitted. On roll call, all town board members voted AYE 5-0. Motion carried.

III. ADJOURNMENT

At 7:25 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Hanson to adjourn the Special Town Board Meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
