Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Community Center, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton, Neenah & Menasha Public Libraries, town website at www.town-menasha.com & sent to the Post-Crescent on 10/27/03.

1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing to order at 6:03 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

2. INTRODUCTION OF TOWN BOARD MEMBERS AND TOWN STAFF

Chairman Tews introduced the Town of Menasha elected officials followed by the town staff.

3. REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED BUDGETS OF THE TOWN OF MENASHA AND UTILITY DISTRICT

Chairman Tews presented a Power Point overview of the proposed Town of Menasha and Utility District budgets. (See attached).

4. ADJOURNMENT

At 7:02 p.m., Chairman Tews closed the Public Hearing.
