1) TOWN CHAIRMAN OPENS PUBLIC HEARING

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing to order at 5:30 p.m.

2) PUBLIC DISCUSSION

Jonathan Bartz presented a power-point program that included the entire structure and drawings of the proposed 2003 Town of Menasha Comprehensive Plan. Director Dearborn expounded on various areas of change recommended by the Planning Commission members.

Discussion ensued for one hour and 15 minutes regarding the MEE issue.

3) TOWN CHAIRMAN CLOSES PUBLIC HEARING

At 6:45 p.m. Chairman Tews closed the Special Meeting of the Public Hearing.
