1) TOWN CHAIRMAN TO CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing to order at 5:37p.m.

2) OPEN DISCUSSION

Comm. Dev. Dir. George Dearborn explained the scope of the project regarding the Alaskan Acres Subdivision installation of sanitary sewer/water and the lift station. Several residents asked questions regarding assessment costs, time frame of hookups, CSM’s and payback schedules. (See Attached)

3) TOWN CHAIRMAN TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING

Being no further questions or comments, Chairman Tews closed the Public Hearing at 6:12 p.m.
