I. CALL TO ORDER: President Tews called the Special U.D. Mtg. at 6:17

II. NEW BUSINESS

a) 021118-1UD SPECIAL Adopt Year 2003 Utility District Budget

Dir/Finance Piergrossi stated the resolution reflected moving Plant #2 upgrades ($38,000) and the Valley Rd. project ($65,000) to borrowing and, Well #6 upgrades ($80,000) to the Depreciation Account.

MOTION: Comm. Sprague, second Comm. Jurgensen to adopt to approve as submitted. On roll call, all commissioners voted AYE. Motion carried unanimously.

III. Adjourn

MOTION: Comm. Sprague, second Comm. Hanson to adjourn the Special Mtg. of the Utility Commission at 6:18 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
