PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PROPOSED 2003 BUDGET

Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Community Center, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton, Neenah and Menasha Public Libraries, published in the Post-Crescent 11/01/02 and on the TOM Website www.town-menasha.com

I. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

II. INTRODUCTION OF TOWN BOARD MEMBERS AND TOWN STAFF

Chairman Tews introduced the Town of Menasha elected officials followed by the town staff.

III. REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED BUDGETS OF THE TOWN OF MENASHA AND UTILITY DISTRICT

Chairman Tews presented a Power Point overview of the proposed 2003 Town of Menasha and Utility District budgets and explained the budget process including workshops and meetings held prior to this evening’s passage. (See attached).

IV. CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING

At 6:14 p.m., being no further comments, questions or objections, Chairman Tews closed the Public Hearing.
