MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 4:55 p.m. Clerk Jeanne Krueger noted the roll:

PRESENT: Arden Tews, Town Chair Barbara Hanson, Supervisor #1

Robert Sprague, Supervisor #2 Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3

Russ Handevidt, Supervisor #4 William Frueh

Denise Frueh George Dearborn, Com. Dev.Dir. /Int. Admin.

Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk

II. RESOLUTION #020627-1SP Temporary Signs During Construction of USH 10 Extension

MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Handevidt to approve to adopt the resolution as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

III. MOTIONS BY SUPERVISORS

To convene into closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)c) of the WI State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to review applications for the Town Administrator position.

George Dearborn was not present for the closed session and Town Clerk Jeanne Krueger was requested not to attend.

At 7:47 p.m. MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Handevidt to reconvene pursuant to 19.85(2) of the WI State Statutes and may act on any business discussed in closed session.

III. ADJOURNMENT

At 7:49 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Sprague. second Supv. Handevidt to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
