I.   CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Emergency Meeting to order at 4.55 p.m.

II.   RESOLUTION #020611-1 SP/E:  Appointment of Police Communication Technician I

MOTION:  Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Sprague to approve to adopt the resolution as submitted.  Motion carried unanimously.

III.   ADJOURNMENT

At 4.56 p.m., MOTION:  Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors.  Motion carried unanimously.
