MINUTES

I.        CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order for a Public Hearing at 5:33 p.m.

II.        DISCUSSION REGARDING THE ONEIDA STREET SIDEWALK JOINT PROJECT BETWEEN THE CITY OF APPLETON & TOWN OF MENASHA

Alderperson Jo Eglehoff, City of Appleton, explained the project.  Res. David Cotrell was in favor.  Topic was brought up in regard to cleaning problems with transients in the Apartments.

Craig Lutz of V L Stripping, wants to do concrete work himself, moving the sidewalk back a bit.  Ms. Eglehoff stated this can be done with a $10.00 permit fee and must be of the City’s standards.

III.        CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING

At 5:56 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Handevidt to close the Special Meeting of Town Board of Supervisors Public Hearing.  Motion carried unanimously.
