MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Clerk Jeanne Krueger called the 2002 Board of Review Meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. and noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT: Arden Tews, Chair Barbara Hanson, Supv. #1 Robert Sprague, Supv. #2 Jerry Jurgensen, Supv. #3 Russ Handevidt, Supv. #4 Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk

Richard Eiberger, Assessor George Dearborn, Dir./Com. Dev., Int. Admin.

Myra Piergrossi, Dir. of Finance

II. ELECT CHAIRPERSON FOR THE BOARD OF REVIEW

Motion: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Jurgensen to elect Chairman Arden Tews

Chairperson for the 2002 Board of Review. Motion carried unanimously.

III. REQUEST ROLL BOOK FROM ASSESSOR

Chairman Tews asked the Town Assessor if the Roll Book was complete at this time. Assessor Eiberger stated that the Tax Lister at Winnebago County had not delivered the town’s Roll Book at this time nor given him information as to when the Roll Book would be completed.

IV. ADJOURN UNTIL SUCH TIME THE ROLL BOOK BECOMES AVAILABLE

At 5: 56 p.m. MOTION: Supv. Sprague, second Supv. Handevidt to adjourn the 2002 Board of Review Meeting as to such a time that the Assessor receives the Roll Book from Winnebago County.
