MINUTES
The agenda was posted at the Municipal
Complex, Fire Station 40, Town of Menasha Utility District, Appleton Public
Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library and is available on
the Town of Menasha Website at www.town-menasha.com.
I. CALL
TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL
President
Arden Tews called the Regular Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to
order at 4:45 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

MOTION: Commissioner Jurgensen, second Commissioner Sprague to adopt the resolution and approve the expenditures as submitted with the exception of (none). Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION: Commissioner Handevidt, second Commissioner Sprague to adopt the resolution to set a Public Hearing and proceed with a Preliminary Special Assessment for construction of East Shady Lane water and sewer extensions from Cold Spring Rd. to Old Buggy Drive to be held on March 26, 2001 at 5:15 p.m. as submitted.
The minutes reflect the correction of the spelling of Old Buggy on resolution
#010212-2:UD to be corrected to read, Olde Buggy Drive.
Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION: Commissioner Handevidt, second Commissioner Sprague to adopt the resolution to set a Public Hearing and proceed with a Preliminary Special Assessment for construction of Town of Neenah, Glenview Drive, Linwood Lane and Deerwood Drive sewer extensions for March 26, 2001 at 5:15 p.m. as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION: Commissioner Sprague, second Commissioner Jurgensen to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

MOTION: Commissioner Sprague, second Commissioner Jurgensen to approve
the correspondence as submitted.

Steve Laabs stated two sewer laterals are being dug up on Grove Street and
Short Street for which there is a repair fund to cover this.
President Tews
asked about whether there was insurance coverage and thought there was a
possibility of splitting the cost.
President Tews
discussed Bridgeview Gardens taking out their mobile homes because of the
ground sinking in the area. He
suggested installing yellow tape around the area while it is being worked on
for safety reasons.
Administrator
DeGrave discussed OSHA, and stated as a business there may be something there
they may need to worry about. We can
check into it.
