called the Building Committee meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
Street Supt. Randy
Gallow conducted a walk-thru for the Building Committee members stating the
building is complete with a few minor exceptions and some fine-tuning. Supt. Gallow also explained the change
orders that had occurred, flooring materials, thermostats, air exchangers and
demonstrated the overhead doors. He
stated that new siding screws would be replacing the present screws as they are
causing a “dimpling” effect on the south side of the building. He also showed the members the roadways and
stated the building was on time and within the budget.
MOTION Supv.
Handevidt, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the Building Committee at 4:55
P.M. Motion carried unanimously.
