MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 12:15 p.m.

Clerk Jeanne Krueger noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT:

Arden Tews, Town Chair Barbara Barczak, Supervisor #1

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 Russ Handevidt, Supervisor #4

EXCUSED: Robert Sprague, Supervisor #2

II. RESOLUTION #010718-1 SP; Revise the Ward Map for the Town of Menasha, Winnebago County, for the Purposes of Defining Voting Districts

MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Barczak to adopt to approve the resolution as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

III. ADJOURNMENT

At 2:19 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Handevidt, second Supv. Barczak to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
