I.                   CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Arden Tews called the Building Committee meeting to order at 4:32 P.M.

II.                 PROCEED TO BUILDING SITE TO REVIEW PROGRESS

Supt. Gallow, Construction Manager Mike Milbach and Project Superintendent Les Much conducted a walk-thru for the Building Committee.  They explained and updated the project including the status of lights, doors, electric, beams, heat, ventilation, concrete, roof panels, fans, exhaust system and site work.  They also gave an updated time-line stating the project was on time and on budget.  Their expectations are to have the building itself complete by August 1st.

III.              ADJOURN

MOTION Supv. Barczak, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the Building Committee at 5:05 P.M.  Motion carried unanimously.
