Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.

Mike Hagens stated that if this mapping was approved he would have limited
access to his property and the land would be immensely devalued. He stated each lot would lose approximately
$15,000 with a total loss of $700,000.00
DCD Geo.
Dearborn stated the alignment must be renegotiated with the T/Clayton and
approved by the C/Neenah. He also noted
the land was not within the sewer
service area. Chairman Tews recommended
delaying the resolution until the Clayton Group could meet with Mr. Dearborn to
work out some kind of an understanding with the Clayton Group’s concerns.

Being no more comments, Chairman Tews closed
the Public Hearing at 6:05 p.m.
