I. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.

Clerk Jeanne Krueger noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT: Arden Tews, Town Chair Barbara Barczak, Supervisor #1

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 – Arrival 6:30 Russ Handevidt, Supervisor #4

Jeanne Krueger, Town Clerk Patrick DeGrave, Administrator

At 7:42 p.m., MOTION: Supv. Barczak, second Supv. Jurgensen to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
