President Arden Tews called the Regular Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 4:45 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Utility District Secretary Carlene L. Sprague noted the roll as follows:

A. 001009-1:UD Expenditures
MOTION: Commissioner Jurgensen, second Commissioner Handevidt to adopt the resolution and approve the expenditures with the exception of (none). Motion carried unanimously, with Commissioner Sprague excused.
MOTION: Commissioner Jurgensen, second Commissioner Handevidt to adopt the resolution and approve the Quit Claim Deed, Lot #121, for Glenview Park Water Works, 1st Addition, Town of Menasha, and all facilities located thereon. Motion carried unanimously, with Commissioner Sprague excused.

The Oneida Street intersection will be repaired by the State.
Town Resident, Charles Baxter, expressed his support of the Town of Menasha Utility District’s Quit Claim Deed, assuming responsibility for the Glenview Park Water Works property and supplying municipal water to this area.
