The agenda was posted at the Municipal
Complex, Fire Station 40, Town of Menasha Utility District, Appleton Public
Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library and is available on
the Town of Menasha Website www.town-menasha.com.

CALL TO ORDER,
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL
President Arden Tews called the Budget
Hearing of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:00 p.m. and led the
Pledge of Allegiance.
Utility District Secretary Carlene L.
Sprague noted the roll as follows:

EXCUSED:

ALSO PRESENT:
Pursuant
to 19.85(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons
require a closed session. Pursuant to
19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board may reconvene into
open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.
During a discussion that Clerk Sprague
had with Attorney Claypool on the morning of June 22, 2000, Attorney Claypool
had not received, or had an opportunity to review the revision of the developer
agreement.
This
meeting was cancelled.
