MINUTES
The agenda was posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Town of Menasha Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library and is available on the Town of Menasha Website www.town-menasha.com.
President Arden Tews called the Regular Meeting of Utility District Commissioners to order at 5:03 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Deputy Clerk Mary Heiting noted the roll as follows:

A. 000522-1:UD Expenditures
MOTION: Commissioner Sprague, second Commissioner Jurgensen to adopt the resolution and approve the expenditures with the exception of (none). Motion carried unanimously, with Commissioner Nennig excused.
MOTION: Commissioner Jurgensen, second Commissioner Sprague to adopt the resolution and approved the Utility Commission tax levy to be corrected by using the additional $104,991.10 for a future tax levy offset. Motion carried unanimously, with Commissioner Nennig excused.

A. Utility District Meeting 4/10/00
MOTION: Commissioner Sprague, second Commissioner Jurgensen to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried unanimously with Commission Nennig excused.
IX. CORRESPONDENCE
X. REPORTS
A. Town Administrator
Interim Administrator Wm. Frueh had a suggestion for the resident's questions about the assessment they will receive for sewer and water on Irish Road. He stated that there could be an option to include the lateral assessment in the 10-year policy as there are no vacant parcels that need to be assessed in the future.
B. Engineer
Brad Werner stated that the Golf Village is approximately 90% complete.
Brad also stated that the West American Drive project may be completed shortly. The house on Clayton Avenue should be moved approximately June 1 and the rest of West American Drive can be completed.
C. Water Superintendent
Water Superintendent Jeff Roth stated that the W. Butte des Morts Beach Road will start the watermain projects shortly.
D. Wastewater Superintendent
Wastewater Superintendent Steve Laabs stated that there may be a claim filed for a damage to the property on Cooke Road. Ameritech has denied the claim against their Company stating that it may not have been damaged by Ameritech.
E. Commissioners
Stated that the Town of Neenah Board of Supervisors met with the Town of Menasha Utility District Commissioners and discussed the availability of utiities to the Town of Neenah residents.
F. Commission President Tews
President Tews stated that Mr. Banks from Shangra La is seeking reimbursement for his water pump replacement. He feels the blasting from the construction on West American Drive has damaged his pump.
Town Engineer Brad Werner stated that if may be possible to retain project monies if the project was liable. Brad stated that we need to check with the Engineer of the project, Carl Sutter to see if this claim could be submitted.
