II. REVIEW PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET GARAGE ADDITION
Russ Handevidt resigned as a citizen for the Building Committee due to the fact that he is now a Supervisor. This reduces the Building Committee resident number to two people, Street Superintendent, Randy Gallow, and Michael Milbach of Milbach Construction. Administrator DeGrave presented the plans to date and proposed colors to the Committee, so they can proceed with ordering the metal structure of the building (and design). Administrator DeGrave stated that he would get a quote to paint the two sides of the current building. The new
building is proposed to be in earth tone. This cost was not included in the following motion.
MOTION: Peter Mariahazy, second Supervisor Jurgensen to adopt the resolution and approve to issue the purchase order for paint for the new metal building in the color suggested which is an earth tone. Motion approved unanimously, with Chairman Tews excused.
At 5:45 p.m., MOTION: Supervisor Handevidt, second Peter Mariahazy to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously, with Chairman Tews excused.
Respectfully submitted,
Carlene L. Sprague
Town Clerk
