TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MINUTES

Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.

      1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

        2. Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:21 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

        Town Clerk, Carlene Sprague noted the roll as follows:

      2. APPROVE HIGHWAY EXPENDITURES PER STATUTE 8101(3)

        3. MOTION: Town Resident, Ron Krueger, second Town Resident, William Weiss to adopt the resolution and approve the highway expenditures. Motion carried unanimously, with Supervisor Jurgensen excused.

      3. ADJOURNMENT

At 7:22 p.m., MOTION: Town Resident, Ron Krueger, second Town Resident William Weiss to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously, with Supervisor Jurgensen excused.
