MINUTES
Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.
Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:25 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Clerk Sprague noted the roll as follows:

Chairman Tews requested a roll call vote be taken to adopt the resolution and approve the Year 2001 Budget.
A roll call vote was taken. Supervisor Krueger-Yes, Supervisor Sprague-Yes, Supervisor Handevidt-Yes, Chairman Tews-Yes. Motion carried unanimously, with Supervisor Jurgensen excused.

John Zaborsky of the Park Commission, requested the levy be raised. Supervisor Sprague, Supervisor Handevidt, and Chairman Tews disagreed. Attorney Roger Clark stated, you can not really budget a surplus.
A roll call vote was taken. Supervisor Krueger-Yes, Supervisor Sprague-Yes, Supervisor Handevidt-Yes, Chairman Tews-Yes. Motion carried unanimously, with Supervisor Jurgensen excused.
At 7:28 p.m., MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Handevidt to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously.
