MINUTES
Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.
Town Chair Arden Tews called the Public Hearing of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 7:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Clerk Sprague noted the roll as follows:

Chairman Tews introduced the Town of Menasha elected officials:
Sup. Jeanne Krueger, Sup. Bob Sprague, Sup. Russ Handevidt and Clerk Carlene Sprague.
He also introduced Town Staff members:
Police Chief William Weiss, Fire Chief Keith Kiesow, Town Attorneys, Roger Clark and Greg Curtis, Utility District Office Mgr. Paula Pagel, Utility District Wastewater Sup. Steve Laabs, Utility District Water Superintendent Jeff Roth, Dir. of Finance Myra Piergrossi, Administrator Patrick DeGrave, Dir. Community Development George Dearborn, Town Assessor Richard Eiberger, Street Superintendent Randy Gallow, and Parks Director Ron Krueger.
Chairman Tews presented an overview of the proposed Town of Menasha and Utility District budgets. (See attached).
John Zaborsky, Park Commission – Why are we lowering the taxes after everything we went through? Why not leave the tax rate the same as last year and leave a cushion for the future?
At 7:20 p.m., MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Handevidt to adjourn the regular meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisor Jurgensen excused.
