MINUTES

Agendas were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.

I. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:22 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Town Clerk Carlene Sprague noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT:

Arden Tews, Town Chair Jeanne Krueger, Supervisor #1

Bob Sprague, Supervisor #2 Carlene L. Sprague, Town Clerk

EXCUSED:

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 Allen Nennig, Supervisor #4

Wm. Frueh, Interim Administrator

ALSO PRESENT:

II. NEW BUSINESS

A. 000622-1: Annual Alcohol Beverage License

MOTION: Supervisor Krueger, second Supervisor Sprague to adopt the resolution and approve the Annual Alcohol Beverage License to J.S. Food Mart, Inc. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisors Jurgensen and Nennig excused.

B. 000622-2: Annual Cigarette License

MOTION: Supervisor Krueger, second Supervisor Sprague to adopt the resolution and approve the Annual Cigarette License to J.S. Food Mart, Inc. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisors Jurgensen and Nennig excused.

C. 000622-3: Agent Appiontment - J.S. Food Mart, Inc.

MOTION: Supervisor Krueger, second Supervisor Sprague to adopt the resolution and approve the Agent Appointment of Kamaljit Kaur as agent for J.S. Food Mart, Inc. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisors Jurgensen and Nennig excused.

III. ADJOURNMENT

At 5:25 p.m., MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Krueger to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously with Supervisors Jurgensen and Nennig excused.
