TOWN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MINUTES

Agendas were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, Utility District, Appleton Public Library, Menasha Public Library, and Neenah Public Library.

I. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Vice Chair Bob Sprague called the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 4:30 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Town Clerk Carlene Sprague noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT:

Jeanne Krueger, Supervisor #1 Bob Sprague, Vice Chair

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 Wm. Frueh, Interim Administrator

Carlene L. Sprague, Town Clerk George Dearborn, Dir. Comm. Dev.

Richard Eiberger, Assessor

EXCUSED:

Arden Tews, Town Chair Allen Nennig, Supervisor #4

ALSO PRESENT:

II. NEW BUSINESS

A. 000607-1: Approval and Payment to George Strohmeyer for Retention and Acquisition of Property

Assessor, Richard Eiberger reported on what transpired regarding this resolution. We condemned the property however, we negotiated a purchase price with Mr. Strohmeyer.

MOTION: Supervisor Krueger, second Supervisor Jurgensen to approve the payment to George Strohmeyer in the amount of $25,000 and $2,000 for reimbursement of the appraisal for the retention and acquisition of his property. Motion carried unanimously with Chairman Tews and Supervisor Nennig excused.

III. ADJOURNMENT

At 4:35 p.m., MOTION: Supervisor Jurgensen, second Supervisor Krueger to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors. Motion carried unanimously with Chairman Tews and Supervisor Nennig excused.
