Board of Review Chairman Arden Tews called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Clerk Sprague noted the roll as follows:

PRESENT:

Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3 Richard Eiberger, Town Assessor

EXCUSED:

Bob Sprague, Supervisor #2 Allen Nennig, Supervisor #4

ALSO PRESENT:

Richard Kampo

Clerk Sprague stated that all the postings and publications for the Board of Review and Open Book were completed in accordance with Wis. State Statutes. The Board of Review Member Training Affidavit was also completed and returned to the Wis. Department of Revenue.

Assessor Richard Eiberger provided an overview of what transpired during the week of Open Book. The exemption of computers and temporary State supplement was discussed. Assessor Eiberger encouraged the Town Board to target the year 2003 for reassessment.

Town Resident Richard Kampo stated that he had questions regarding his assessment. Assessor Eiberger provided the information requested. All questions were answered satisfactorily therefore, Richard Kampo did not appear before the Board of Review.

There were not any other appearances, request or inquires from Town Residents.

At 11:00 a.m. MOTION: Supervisor Krueger, second Supervisor Jurgensen to adjourn the Board of Review. Motion to adjourn carried unanimously with Supervisors Sprague and Nennig excused.
