Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, and the Utility District Office. Agendas with resolutions were also mailed to the Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah public libraries. The agenda was also posted on the Town of Menasha website at www.town-menasha.com.

1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

Town Chair Arden Tews called the Special Town Meeting of the Electors to order at 8:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

2. NEW BUSINESS:

MOTION: Supervisor Sprague, second Supervisor Krueger to establish the 1999 tax levy at a rate of $4.63 to be paid in the year 2000 for an amount of $4,103,369. Chairman Tews called for a roll call vote: Krueger-Yes, Sprague-Yes, Jurgensen-Yes, Nennig-Yes, Chairman Tews-Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
