MINUTES
Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, and Sanitary District No. 4. Agendas with resolutions were also mailed to the Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah libraries.
Town Chair Arden Tews called the regular meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:55 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Deputy Clerk Heiting, noted the roll as follows:

PETITION TO ATTACH LANDS TO TOWN OF MENASHA - Sanitary District No. 4 – (Parcel #008-1825)- Mr. Dan Endter, 1021 Wheeler Road
The Clerk’s office confirmed that all publications and notifications were completed pursuant to Wis. State Statutes 60.71(4)(b).
Chairman Tews asked if there was anyone that had anything to say in regards to the issue.
Seeing no further comments, questions or objections, Chairman Tews declared the public hearing closed at 5:58 p.m.
