MINUTES

Agendas with resolutions were posted at the Municipal Complex, Fire Station 40, and Sanitary District No. 4. Agendas with resolutions were also mailed to the Appleton, Menasha, and Neenah libraries.
    1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL

      2. Town Chair Arden Tews called the regular meeting of the Town Board of Supervisors to order at 5:55 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Deputy Clerk Heiting, noted the roll as follows:

      PRESENT:

      Arden Tews, Town Chair, Jeanne Krueger, Supervisor #1

      Bob Sprague, Supervisor #2, Jerry Jurgensen, Supervisor #3

      Allen Nennig, Supervisor #4, Carl Sutter, Town Engineer

      John Claypool, Town Attorney, George Dearborn, Dir. Of Community Dev

      Gaylene Nash, Asst. to Town Admin. William Weiss, Police Chief

      Don Cox, Fire Chief , Mary Heiting, Deputy Clerk

      Mary Rauen, Executive Secretary

      EXCUSED: Bogdan "Bob" Vitas, Administrator

      ALSO PRESENT: Dennis Jochman, Marilyn Anunson, Ruth Huebner, Tom Diedrich, Mark Vander Zee, Pat Tobin, Bob Smidt, Joyce Smidt, Armand Linzmeyer, Russ Handevidt

       PETITION TO ATTACH LANDS TO TOWN OF MENASHA - Sanitary District No. 4 – (Parcel #008-1825)- Mr. Dan Endter, 1021 Wheeler Road

      The Clerk’s office confirmed that all publications and notifications were completed pursuant to Wis. State Statutes 60.71(4)(b).

      Chairman Tews asked if there was anyone that had anything to say in regards to the issue.

    2. ADJOURNMENT

Seeing no further comments, questions or objections, Chairman Tews declared the public hearing closed at 5:58 p.m.
